Terms of Service
Last updated October 1, 2026
By using skills.deepdoer.ai ("the Service") you agree to these terms.
The Service
Deepdoer Skills is a library of Agent Skills — instruction files that help AI agents perform specific tasks. Some Skills are free; others are Premium and require a paid plan when purchasing is available.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
Licence to use Skills
When you install or download a Skill you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it with your own AI agents for your own projects or your organisation's. You may not resell, redistribute or publish Skills (including Premium Skills) as a competing library, or share your account or CLI tokens with others.
Content that a Skill helps you generate belongs to you, subject to the terms of any third-party tool the Skill calls.
Third-party tools
Some Skills call third-party generators (for example image or video models). Those tools have their own terms, prices and limits, which are your responsibility.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, bypass access controls, upload malicious content, or use Skills to create unlawful, deceptive or infringing material.
Payments
Paid plans will be described at checkout, including price, billing period and renewal. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Disclaimers
The Service and all Skills are provided "as is". AI output can be wrong or unsuitable; review it before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
