Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Deepdoer Skills ("we", "us") collects when you use skills.deepdoer.ai, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data — your name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google profile picture. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes.
• Activity on the site — Skills you like, save, rate, review, download or install, so we can show them back to you.
• CLI access — when you authorise the command-line tool we store a hashed access token and the time it was last used.
• Feedback and waitlist entries — the message or email address you submit to us.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and basic request logs, kept briefly for security and reliability.

How we use it

To run your account, deliver the Skills you install, prevent abuse, understand which Skills are useful and improve the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host and operate the site — hosting and CDN, database, and email delivery — under agreements that only allow them to process data for us. We may disclose data if required by law.

Sign in with Google

If you choose Google sign-in we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We never receive your Google password.

Retention and your rights

We keep account data while your account is active. You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honour them for everyone.

Security

Connections use HTTPS, passwords are hashed, CLI tokens are stored hashed, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a unique password.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We will post changes here and update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the site.
